PWHD Wins $25M Verdict for Mesothelioma Victim

Virginia Lawyers Weekly Magazine is reporting that the $25 million verdict won by Robert R. Hatten, William W.C. Harty, and Hugh B. McCormick, III of Patten, Wornom, Hatten & Diamonstein on March 17, 2011 was the 13th highest verdict obtained in Virginia in the last 25 years. The verdict was recovered on behalf of mesothelioma victim Mr. Rubert E. Minton in a case filed against Exxon Mobil Corp.
