Chris Bridge, the Director of PWHD
Consulting, specializes in public

- Alan
Diamonstein has a distinguished
record in housing and community
development issues and policies.
He has served on several Presidential
Commissions and led the Virginia
Housing Study Commission for
more than 20 years. He specializes
in project finance, economic
development law and real estate
ventures. As a senior member
of the House of Delegates, he
served as the chairman of several
key legislative committees,
and was a budget conferee on
the Appropriations Committee
for many years.
- Chris
Bridge has more than 15
years of experience in media
relations and public policy
advocacy at federal, state and
local levels. She has positive
and effective working relationships
with legislators of both parties,
as well as state and local agencies
and organizations. She is knowledgeable
about regulatory and permit
processes, the legislative and
budget process and local government.
Her experience includes service
as a lobbyist for Virginia’s
railroads, press secretary for
Virginia Governor Jerry Baliles,
state director and constituent
services manager for U.S. Senator
Chuck Robb, legislative liaison
for several local governments
and institutions, and a senior
staff advisor for housing and
community development programs.
Their
clients include residential and commercial
real estate development firms, local
governments, non-profit institutions,
