Jason Messersmith is a long time resident of Hampton Roads, having lived in Hampton for more than 30 years.Mr. Messersmith was admitted to the Virginia State Bar and joined the Business Group in 2008.His practice areas include civil litigation, traffic matters, landlord/tenant, wills and estates, and estate litigation.
Mr. Messersmith earned his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 2008.He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics, cum laude, from OldDominionUniversity in 2005.While in law school, he was a member of the William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review.
Mr. Messersmith is admitted to practice in Virginia.He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the Newport News Bar Association, and the Hampton Bar Association.
