Practice Areas:  Corporate, business and real estate law.  Corporate and business practice focuses on the representation of clients in transactional matters, including:  mergers and acquisitions; venture capital financings and private offering securities transactions; joint ventures; the formation of corporations and limited liability companies; employment agreements, non-competes and qualified and non-qualified incentive plans; intellectual property protection; corporate divorce; and the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of contracts.  Corporate and business practice further includes significant experience serving in a general counsel capacity to numerous businesses in a wide range of industries.  Real estate practice focuses on the representation of clients in the purchase, sale and development of commercial real estate, commercial lease transactions, and I.R.C. Section 1031 exchanges.
