Louis A. Trosch, III is an associate attorney in the Patten, Wornom, Hatten & Diamonstein, L.C. Personal Injury Group. Mr. Trosch joined the firm in 2019, serving as a law clerk while attending law school. In 2020, Mr. Trosch joined the firm as a full-time attorney, and has focused his practice on representing clients for personal injury, medical malpractice, and general litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Trosch interned with United States Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division. He also served as an intern in the Hampton Public Defender’s Office.


While attending law school at William & Mary, Mr. Trosch served as a member of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal.


From his experiences, Mr. Trosch has developed the skills necessary to effectively assist clients with their legal needs. He currently lives in Toano, Virginia, and relishes the opportunity to use his law practice to give back to his community.
