Samantha P. Graham is an associate attorney with Patten, Wornom, Hatten & Diamonstein, L.C. Mrs. Graham joined the firm in 2019, and since then, she has focused her practice on representing asbestos victims and their families. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Graham interned with the Norfolk Circuit Court, Portsmouth Public Defender’s Office, Newport News Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and two family law firms in Chesapeake, Virginia.

In Spring 2018, the Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy published Mrs. Graham’s student note, entitled, “The Continuing Struggle: Exploring the Extent of Indigenous Rights in the Modern Age,” in its fourth volume.

From her experiences, Mrs. Graham has developed a heart to help others and serve the community. She and her husband are native Virginians, and she is honored to use her law practice to give back to the Hampton Roads area.
