Sarah M. Saville is an associate with Patten, Wornom, Hatten & Diamonstein, L.C.  She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2012 and joined the firm in 2021.  Her practice focuses on estate planning and administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and fiduciary representation.  She is certified to serve as a guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults.  Ms. Saville serves as outside counsel for local small businesses and nonprofit organizations, and as bank counsel for commercial loans.  Her practice also includes residential and commercial real estate closings.

 

Pace University School of Law conferred upon Ms. Saville her Juris Doctor in 2012.  In 2009, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on science and technology in society, from Virginia Tech.  

A native of Hampton, Ms. Saville is dedicated to serving her community as a professional and through volunteer opportunities.  Ms. Saville has also served in Rotary projects around the world.  She participates in various athletic associations and in a local book club.
