South joined the law firm of PWHD in 1991.  He serves as general counsel to many area businesses, business owners and executives. South’s practice includes legal representation in commercial acquisitions, mergers and sales.  He routinely assists with the negotiation and drafting of contracts, as well as with commercial real estate transactions, financing and leasing. He also has considerable experience with physician and medical practice representation.  From family enterprises to larger corporations, South enjoys solving problems and helping find solutions for the ongoing legal challenges associated with running a successful business.
